Supply Chain Software: TZA and Createch Group announce to deliver labor management solutions

Industry leaders combine experience to bring supply chain optimization to Canadian market


TZA, an industry leading provider of supply chain productivity software and services, announced today that it has formed an alliance with The Createch Group,  a leading Canadian provider of operational performance improvement and information technology (IT) solutions integration. Both organizations deliver extensive supply chain market experience to clients looking to further improve their supply chain productivity and reduce costs. Under the terms of the agreement, The Createch Group obtains the rights to distribute and implement TZA’s ProTrack Warehouse - Labor Management Solutions (LMS) to support its engineered labor standards services.

ProTrack is a state-of-the-art labor management system that enables distribution centers to monitor employee’s individual daily performance. A best-in-breed stand-alone application, ProTrack can be seamlessly integrated directly into most existing warehouse management solutions or enterprise management systems.

Successfully managing labor expense is often the single biggest opportunity for performance improvement and cost savings. ProTrack accurately calculates work duration, tracks associate time against standards, and provides proactive management tools resulting in real time visibility and enhanced management decision making. ProTrack enables clients to realize labor savings of 10% to 25%, improve utilization and reduce costs.
