Voice solution from topVOX goes wireless

The new BlueMaster headset from topVOX (Booth 2521) works with its topSpeech-Lydia voice picking solution to improve ergonomics and safety by eliminating headset wires with Bluetooth wireless technology.
“By going wireless, you eliminate the risk of wires getting tangled or caught up, which is a safety and productivity advantage,” said Marceline Absil, VP of marketing and sales for topVOX. “But for our market, there are important issues for a Bluetooth headset, such as long battery life, so the BlueMaster uses a battery with a running time of about 15 to 20 hours so it can last an entire shift.”
Absil said topVOX also made sure the headset—in combination with the Noisemaster feature of the voice solution—eliminates background noise so that pickers can speak at a normal voice level when confirming picks.
