Report predicts 16 of 24 industries will show gains in 2013, with 23 of 24 set to grow in 2014.

The average price per gallon fell 4.1 cents—matching last week’s decrease—to $4.006 per gallon. These matching declines were preceded by 4.2 cent and 2.9 cent drops, representing a cumulative 15.3 cent drop over the last four weeks.

Air cargo shippers and air transport workers both require more transparency for the sake of security. As we have seen elsewhere in the supply chain, this will also enhance efficiency.

Revenue at FedEx Freight, the company's less-than-truckload unit, at $1.24 billion was up 0.8 percent from $1.23 billion last year, with an operating margin of 0.3 percent compared to -0.1 percent a year ago.
