Echo Global Logistics, a non-asset based freight brokerage company and a provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services, recently introduced a new, self-service Transportation Management System. Entitled Flex TMS, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) application provides shippers with integrated managed services, according to Echo.
