Even though the calendar says it is November 30, this atypical balmy weather in the Northeast is making me feel it is more like May 30. And given this unusual, but welcome, climate, it seems appropriate that the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) is convening this week in Durban, South Africa to discuss a global response to climate change.Posted on 11/30 at 09:55 AM
