Jeff Woroniecki named president of Seizmic, Inc.

25-year veteran of the materials handling industry previously held roles at MHI and member companies.

Seizmic, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jeff Woroniecki as president.

In his new role, Woroniecki will oversee the overall operations of the Covina, Calif.-based material handling engineering firm, which has recently doubled its manufacturing and office footprint.

“In order to successfully manage our recent growth, I decided to reach out to my good friend Jeff Woroniecki,” said Sal Fateen, CEO of Seizmic, Inc. “Jeff’s keen vision, energy and collaborative spirit will take this organization to a whole new level of success.”

“I am committed to building on this momentum and look forward to working closely with staff to lead Seizmic’s growth strategy,” Woroniecki said. “We have a great opportunity to capitalize on the company’s current market success and continue to grow. I am excited be a part of this exciting chapter in Seizmic’s history.”

Woroniecki most recently served as chief operating officer at MHI. He has more than 25 years of material handling industry experience including previous roles at MHI member companies UNARCO Material Handling and Interlake Mecalux.

Woroniecki holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) in Structural & Materials Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations & Management from Loyola University.

Seizmic, Inc. has specialized in the design and analysis of material handling equipment since 1985. Its expertise also includes the anchoring of equipment such as storage racks, shelving, mezzanines, conveyors, carousels, tanks, machinery, movables, fencing, and gondolas, all products that require a licensed engineer’s certification to satisfy building department requirements in all 50 states.

In 1995 and in 2005, Seizmic, Inc. expanded its reach in the industry by forming Structural Support Systems and Submittal Services, Inc. which provides the design, manufacture and installation of custom structures as well as permit management services for all material handling projects across the country. In addition, Seizmic is an LA City-approved fabricator, a licensed California contractor and is in the process of becoming an LA city approved testing agency.
