Founded in 1958, RMI is an affiliated trade association of MHI.

Hannibal Industries has announced its vice president, Steve Rogers, as the president of the Rack Manufacturer’s Institute (RMI), an affiliated trade association of MHI. Serving as the liaison between RMI and MHI, Rogers’ responsibilities include continuing to build relations between the two groups and to promote RMI within the material handling industry.

“Steve is a great asset to our RMI team and has been a great leadership presence over the last few years. We look forward to all of the great things he will accomplish for RMI as president,” said Jeff Woroniecki, MHI’s executive vice president of business development and managing executive of RMI.

Newly appointed RMI president, Steve Rogers, stated, “I am honored to have been given this opportunity, and look forward to continuing RMI’s mission in my new role as president.”

RMI currently houses the industry’s leading suppliers of industrial steel storage racks and related structural systems with members seated on the RMI Engineering Committee. Formed and founded in 1958, RMI believes that it is important for the suppliers to be committed to the principles of continuous improvement in both product design/application and in the highest professional and Ethical Standards of Performance.
