Supply chain managers still under pressure, SCM World study finds

Fourth annual survey of 750 executives finds that, having gained board-level attention and a wider remit, supply chain leaders need to invest in talent to ensure they can meet heightened expectations.

Chief supply chain officers need to accelerate their teams’ skills and capabilities if they are to meet growing expectations about the business value the function can deliver, according to the latest annual study conducted by SCM World published this week.
