Dr. Chris Caplice is the Chief Scientist at DAT Freight & Analytics, which operates the largest truckload freight marketplace in North America and DAT iQ, the industry’s most trusted source of market analysis and truckload pricing data. Dr. Caplice also serves as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL), and is the founder of the MIT FreightLab, a research initiative that focuses on improving the way freight transportation is designed, procured and managed. Dr. Caplice hosts DAT iQ Freightvine, the podcast where supply chain leaders discuss solutions to the critical issues they face every day.
