Case Study: Ace Hardware Taps Intelligent LEDs for 81% Lighting Energy Savings

Widely known as ‘the place with the helpful hardware folks,’ Ace Hardware Corporation is the world’s largest hardware cooperative, with more than 4,850 locally owned and operated stores.

The Ace network of distribution facilities includes a roughly 1,000,000 square foot facility in Rocklin, California, which was the site for an eight-month, in-depth research project sponsored by their utility, Pacific Gas & Electric to gather data about the benefits of advanced lighting controls and LEDs.
